We want everyone to have a good time at Gardens. However, there are a few rules to adhere to as part of our licence to put this event on. We would appreciate everyones understanding. Please respect our volunteers and staff that have to implement the below policies
- No customers showing signs of intoxication due to alcohol or drug use.
- No anti-social or threatening behaviour to other festival attendees or staff, or behaviour deemed to be in violation of the intent of these terms and conditions.
- No gang patches or gang paraphernalia.
- No misrepresentation as a member of staff or security or attempt to enter restricted areas.
- No construction or attempts to do so of any form of fire or bonfire.
- No use of illicit drugs or illegal substances.
Certain items are prohibited and if found will be confiscated and not returned. These prohibited items include but not limited to:
- Illicit drugs or illegal substances
- Fireworks
- Weapons
- Alcohol
- Glass
- Other dangerous items
- Animals
Other prohibited items not permitted into the event but may be cloaked and returned to the customer at the end of the show include:
- Bags and items larger than 30cm x 30cm that are not permitted entry
- Lasers
- Umbrellas
- Large seating including camping chairs or bean bags
- Chilly Bins or Cooler Bags
